- Crushed tomatoes - 1 quart
- Dry basil leaves - 3 Tbsp
- Dry oregano leaves - ¼ cup
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Simmer all ingredients for 10 minutes and serve hot.
- Yield: Approximately 1 quart.
