- Soy sauce - 1¾ cups
- Water - 1¾ cups
- Sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Ginger, fresh, finely grated - ¼ cup
- Garlic, finely minced - 1 tsp
- Scallions, finely chopped - 2 cups
- Mix all ingredients together well and serve.
- Yield: Approximately 1 quart.
