Aglio e Olio sauce for Jumbo Round Ravioli
Ingredients:
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cups
- Garlic, minced - 1 Tbsp.
- Dry white wine - 2 cups
- Chicken broth - 3 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp.
YIELD: Approx. 1 Quart
Preparation:
- Saute garlic in olive oil.
- Add wine to garlic and reduce by half by simmering.
- Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and parsley and simmer until hot.
