Aglio e Olio sauce for Jumbo Round Ravioli

Ingredients:

  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cups
  • Garlic, minced - 1 Tbsp.
  • Dry white wine - 2 cups
  • Chicken broth - 3 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp.

YIELD: Approx. 1 Quart

Preparation:

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add wine to garlic and reduce by half by simmering.
  3. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and parsley and simmer until hot.
