Tortellini Tetrazzini
- Tortellini - 6 oz
- Olive oil - 1 oz
- Sliced mixed mushrooms - 1 cup
- Diced chicken - ½ cup
- Alfredo sauce - 5 oz
- Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Cook tortellini according to directions.
- Toss with mushrooms, alfredo sauce and chicken.
- Place on serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
