Striped Cheese Ravioli Vegetables and Garlic Sauce
- Striped Cheese Ravioli - 6 each
- Olive oil - 3 oz
- Sliced vegetables - 1 cup
- Diced fresh tomatoes - ½ cup
- Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Shredded Cheese - 2 Tbsp
- Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Cook ravioli according to directions.
- In sauté pan cook oil and garlic and vegetables, tomatoes and ravioli toss together.
- Place on serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
