Striped Cheese Ravioli with Wild Mushroom Alfredo

  • Striped Cheese Ravioli - 6 each
  • Olive oil - 1 oz
  • Sliced mixed mushrooms - 1 cup
  • Diced fresh tomatoes - ½ cup
  • Alfredo sauce - 5 oz
  • Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  1. Cook ravioli according to directions.
  2. Toss with mushrooms, alfredo sauce and tomatoes.
  3. Place on serving plate.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
  5. Serve.
