Striped Cheese Ravioli with Wild Mushroom Alfredo
- Striped Cheese Ravioli - 6 each
- Olive oil - 1 oz
- Sliced mixed mushrooms - 1 cup
- Diced fresh tomatoes - ½ cup
- Alfredo sauce - 5 oz
- Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Cook ravioli according to directions.
- Toss with mushrooms, alfredo sauce and tomatoes.
- Place on serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
