Roasted Red Pepper Rigatoni with Tomato Cream and Sausage
- Rigatoni - 6 oz
- Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped sausage - ½ cup
- Diced fresh tomatoes - ½ cup
- Alfredo sauce - 3 oz
- Marinara sauce - 2 oz
- Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Cook rigatoni according to directions.
- Toss with everything except parsley.
- Place on serving plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
