Pasta Italiano Dippin' Sticks
- Pasta Sheets - 2 each
- Ricotta blend - 1 oz
- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Diced pepperoni - ¼ cup
- Diced onions and peppers ½ cup
- Diced sausage - ½ cup
- Egg wash - 5 oz
- Italian Bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- Blend ricotta, sausage, peppers, onions, pepperoni and cheese together.
- Place in ½ pasta sheet and roll like a burrito.
- Coat with egg wash and bread crumbs.
- Fry till desired temperature.
- Garnish with dipping sauce.
- Serve.
