Meatballs with Mushrooms and Onions Appetizer
- Meatballs - 6 each
- Olive oil - 1 oz
- Sliced mixed mushrooms - 1 cup
- Sliced onions - 1 cup
- Alfredo sauce - 5 oz
- Chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Shredded cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Sauté mushrooms and onions in pan add meatballs.
- Stir in alfredo sauce.
- Place on Plate.
- Garnish with cheese and parsley.
- Serve.
