Eggplant Ravioli Parmesan
- Eggplant Ravioli - 4 each
- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Marinara sauce - 5 oz
- Italian Bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- Cook eggplant according to directions.
- Place on Plate.
- Alternately layer with sauce and cheese and leave with cheese on the top.
- Bake till golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve.
