Eggplant Ravioli Parmesan

  • Eggplant Ravioli - 4 each
  • Shredded cheese - 1 cup
  • Marinara sauce - 5 oz
  • Italian Bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  1. Cook eggplant according to directions.
  2. Place on Plate.
  3. Alternately layer with sauce and cheese and leave with cheese on the top.
  4. Bake till golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve.
