Coconut Papaya Relish
- Mix 2 cups of fresh died papaya with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce.
- Add 1 Tbsp of mirin.
- Add 1 Tbsp of fresh diced cilantro.
- Add 1/4 cup of diced fresh onion.
- 2 Tbsp of diced fresh jalapenos.
- Toss together and season with salt and pepper.
