Pork Siew Mai
- Pork Siew Mai - 6 each
- Lime zest - 1 tsp
- Sliced green onions - ½ cup
- Stir Fry sauce - 2 oz
- Shredded carrots - 2 Tbsp
- Diced red peppers - 1 Tbsp
- Cook Siew mai as instructed.
- Sautee everything else except red pepper.
- Place sautéed veggies and sauce in the middle of serving plate.
- Top with Siew mai.
- Garnish with red peppers.
- Serve.
