Crunchy Island Cobb Salad
- Salad mix - 2 cups
- Pineapple soy Dressing - 3 oz
- Tomatoes - ½ cup
- Chopped egg - 2 Tbsp
- Shredded jack cheese - 2 Tbsp
- Sliced chicken - 2 oz
- Coconut battered pineapple rings - 3 each
- Toss lettuce mix with dressing.
- Garnish with everything but pineapple rings in rows (like a cobb salad).
- Top with pineapple rings.
- Serve.
