Breaded Zucchini Parmesan Appetizer
- Breaded zucchini - 8 each
- Marinara sauce - 4 oz
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
- Cook zucchini as instructed.
- Place in baking dish and top with marinara and cheese.
- Bake till cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Place on serving plate and serve.
