Tortilla Salad Bowl with Fajita Meat and Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil - 1 Tbsp.
  • Yellow onions, ⅓" slices - ¼ cup
  • Flank steak, thinly sliced, 2" long - 4 oz.
  • McCormick Fajita seasoning - 1 tsp.
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Flour tortilla bowl - 1
  • Shredded lettuce - 1 ½ cup
  • Tomatoes, fresh, ½" dice - 3 Tbsp..
  • Guacamole - 2 Tbsp.
  • Sour cream - 2 Tbsp.
  • Black olives, pitted, sliced - 1 Tbsp.
  • Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing - 3 Tbsp.
  • Presentations Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos, Code # 673672 - 3 each

Preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil and saute onion until slightly golden brown.
  2. Add meat and saute until it looses its pink color.
  3. Add fajita seasoning and water and continue to simmer for 5 more minutes, stirring well.
  4. Cook Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos according to package instruction.
  5. Place lettuce in tortilla bowl.
  6. In this order drizzle lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette, fajita meat, dollop of sour cream, dollop of guacamole and chopped tomatoes.
  7. Arrange Stuffed Jalapenos around salad and garnish with sliced black olives.
