Tortilla Salad Bowl with Fajita Meat and Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 1 Tbsp.
- Yellow onions, ⅓" slices - ¼ cup
- Flank steak, thinly sliced, 2" long - 4 oz.
- McCormick Fajita seasoning - 1 tsp.
- Water - ¼ cup
- Flour tortilla bowl - 1
- Shredded lettuce - 1 ½ cup
- Tomatoes, fresh, ½" dice - 3 Tbsp..
- Guacamole - 2 Tbsp.
- Sour cream - 2 Tbsp.
- Black olives, pitted, sliced - 1 Tbsp.
- Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing - 3 Tbsp.
- Presentations Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos, Code # 673672 - 3 each
Preparation:
- Heat olive oil and saute onion until slightly golden brown.
- Add meat and saute until it looses its pink color.
- Add fajita seasoning and water and continue to simmer for 5 more minutes, stirring well.
- Cook Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos according to package instruction.
- Place lettuce in tortilla bowl.
- In this order drizzle lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette, fajita meat, dollop of sour cream, dollop of guacamole and chopped tomatoes.
- Arrange Stuffed Jalapenos around salad and garnish with sliced black olives.
