Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
- Green Chilies, canned, chopped - ½ cup
- Green tomatoes, chopped - ¼ cup
- Garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Onion, minced - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients. Cook in a saucepot over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve
Warmed or Chilled with Chili Cheese Jalapeno Bites.
