• Green Chilies, canned, chopped - ½ cup
• Green tomatoes, chopped - ¼ cup
• Garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon
• Onion, minced - 2 Tablespoons
• Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients. Cook in a saucepot over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve Warmed or Chilled with Chili Cheese Jalapeno Bites.
