Portabello Mushroom Fries Parmigiano
Ingredients:
- Good quality marinara sauce - 1/2 C.
- Shredded whole milk mozzarella - 3 Tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 Tbsp.
- Presentations Portabello Mushroom Fries, code # 126120 - 5 pieces
Preparation:
- Heat marinara sauce until hot and reserve.
- Cook Portabello Mushroom Fries according to package instructions.
- Place Mushroom Fries on an oven-able plate overlapping each other.
- Pour sauce on center of mushrooms.
- Sprinkle sauced part with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Briefly place plate under the broiler or in oven until cheese has just melted, garnish with arugola leaves and additional marinara sauce as a dip. Serve as an appetizer.
