Portabello Mushroom Fries Parmigiano

Ingredients:
  • Good quality marinara sauce - 1/2 C.
  • Shredded whole milk mozzarella - 3 Tbsp.
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 Tbsp.
  • Presentations Portabello Mushroom Fries, code # 126120 - 5 pieces

Preparation:

  1. Heat marinara sauce until hot and reserve.
  2. Cook Portabello Mushroom Fries according to package instructions.
  3. Place Mushroom Fries on an oven-able plate overlapping each other.
  4. Pour sauce on center of mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle sauced part with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Briefly place plate under the broiler or in oven until cheese has just melted, garnish with arugola leaves and additional marinara sauce as a dip. Serve as an appetizer.
