Battered Green Chile Fries with Spicy Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise - 2 cups
  • Prepared horseradish - ¼ cup
  • Hot sauce - ¼ cup
  • Dijon mustard - ¼ cup
  • Sweet pickle relish - ¼ cups
  • Chives, finely chopped - ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Breaded Green Chile Fries - 6 oz

Preparation:

  1. Except for the Green Chile Fries, mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  2. Cook Breaded Green Chile Fries according to package cooking instructions.
  3. Line a plate with green leaf lettuce and place Green Chile Fries next to it.
  4. Place a ramekin with 2-3 ounces of dip on plate, garnish with red jalapeño peppers.
  5. Yields approximately 1 qt. of dip.
