Battered Green Chile Fries with Spicy Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise - 2 cups
- Prepared horseradish - ¼ cup
- Hot sauce - ¼ cup
- Dijon mustard - ¼ cup
- Sweet pickle relish - ¼ cups
- Chives, finely chopped - ¼ cup
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Breaded Green Chile Fries - 6 oz
Preparation:
- Except for the Green Chile Fries, mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Cook Breaded Green Chile Fries according to package cooking instructions.
- Line a plate with green leaf lettuce and place Green Chile Fries next to it.
- Place a ramekin with 2-3 ounces of dip on plate, garnish with red jalapeño peppers.
- Yields approximately 1 qt. of dip.
